If an account is used unlawfully or is in violation of TJ-Hosting terms and conditions and policies, TJ-Hosting reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and without refunds. Files that violate the terms and conditions and/or user policies are subject to deletion without notice. TJ-Hosting reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions and policies at any time. Clients violating the terms and conditions and policies will be held responsible for damages to TJ-Hosting, including but not limited to, TJ-Hosting systems, servers, connectivity, reputation, business, service, network, operations, or equipment.

Adult Content Policy - By subscribing to TJ-Hosting services, the customer acknowledges that the customer is prohibited from storing or posting adult content, or any links to adult content, including but not limited to sexually explicit materials, whether graphical, textual, video, audio, encrypted, protected, proprietary, or in any other formats. All material of pornographic nature is considered adult content.

TJ-Hosting is not obligated to monitor its network for adult content. By subscribing to TJ-Hosting services, the customer acknowledges that if TJ-Hosting is made aware of content that is determined to be adult content or in its sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable, offensive, indecent, obscene, excessively violent or otherwise objectionable, TJ-Hosting will deny access to such content and terminate the account without notice and no refunds will be issued to an account that is terminated for violating this policy. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold TJ-Hosting and all of TJ-Hosting associated brands, as they may be amended from time to time, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and advisors from and against any Claims, losses, judgments, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) resulting from the use of the Services which damages the Customer or any other party.

Anti-SPAM Policy - TJ-Hosting strictly prohibits Unsolicited Bulk Email, also known as "SPAM". This includes using our network to distribute unsolicited bulk email from your website on our servers or using any outside network to send bulk unsolicited email attracting advertising to your website on TJ-Hosting servers. We will terminate any account we find that is associated with the generation, distribution or any other involvement with the practice of unsolicited bulk email and no refund will be issued for unused service.

Software/Multimedia Policy - Accounts cannot be used to distribute "cracked" versions of copyrighted software, serial numbers for copyrighted software or copyrighted multimedia files (i.e. music files or MP3's). Websites that contain links to pirated software or illegal contraband are also prohibited.

Security Policy - Our security policy is designed to keep information stored on our servers secure from intruders and other unauthorized individuals. We take great care to keep your data secure and pay particular attention to the security of sensitive information such as customer account information and other confidential information. Attempts to manipulate TJ-Hosting servers or client websites are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to TJ-Hosting servers or any means of deliberately overloading TJ-Hosting systems and network. TJ-Hosting does not store credit card numbers in it’s database, credit card numbers are encrypted and stored by it’s merchant bank.

System Abuse Policy - System Abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of CPU resources, installing IRC bots, scripts sharing with domains outside of TJ-Hosting network, excessive use of data transfer leading to the decrease of the system's and network performance or other scripts that use a disproportionate amount of system resources. TJ-Hosting will determine what constitutes system abuse.

Payment Policy - Our payment policy is fair to both ourselves and our customers. We strive to provide high quality service, and work hard to ensure that you receive value for your web hosting dollar. Our payment policy is designed to minimize our time and effort collecting bad debts and chasing down delinquent accounts. This allows us to put our effort where it counts, providing services to our paying customers. We accept payment by credit card only and so it is important to keep your credit card information current. Changes to your credit card information and credit card expiry date can be made in the ‘hosting’ section of your control panel anytime 24/7. TJ-Hosting will automatically charge your credit card upon the recurring billing cycle and an invoice will be generated and stored in the ‘Account’ section of your control panel for you to access and print at anytime. TJ-Hosting does not store credit card numbers and so when you are updating credit card information it is being updated in real-time directly with our merchant bank. If your credit card payment is declined upon the recurring billing cycle you will have 7 days to update your credit card information to provide payment, if payment is not received the account will be considered "Delinquent" and will be put on hold. A Delinquent Customer's Account that is unpaid for thirty (30) days after the commencement of a Billing Cycle, at TJ-Hosting sole discretion, have any or all files archived. Delinquent Customer's Accounts that are unpaid for anytime up to thirty (30) days or more after the commencement of a Billing Cycle may, at TJ-Hosting sole discretion, have any or all files purged. The Customer's Account will continue to accrue charges while the Customer's Account is on hold.
